We are seeking a passionate cook or chef to join our culinary team.
The ideal candidate will have experience food and meal preparation. However the role will also suit someone with limited experience or looking to change role as full training will be provided.
As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious tapas dishes that delight our guests while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene in the kitchen.
Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service periods.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance on cooking techniques and best practices.
Help create a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and communication among staff members.
Experience
Experience as a cook/chef or in a similar role within a kitchen environment is a benefit
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.

Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour
