Job Summary:

Chef de Partie

to join our professional kitchen team. Based in the heart of Speyside, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their culinary career in a high-quality, supportive, and fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook and present food to a consistently high standard. Assist in all areas of kitchen preparation, including meat and fish prep (full butchery training available). Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth service. Maintain strict compliance with food hygiene, health and safety regulations (HACCP, COSHH, etc.). Support junior members of the team and contribute to a positive, professional kitchen environment. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your section and the wider kitchen.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role. Experience within a 4-star hotel, fine dining, or high-end restaurant preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A desire to learn, develop, and progress within the kitchen brigade. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
