We are seeking a Full-time Chef de Partie to join our team at The Coylumbridge Hotel, a well-established resort offering a spa, dining, pools, and more. This family-friendly hotel is conveniently located near the A9 and nearby towns like Aviemore. Your duties will include:

Preparing quality food, following the guidance of our Head Chef. Assisting in the preparation and service of meals for various menus. Adhering to our stock control procedures. Working effectively as part of a busy team. Adding your own unique flair and creativity to your dishes.

The successful candidate will have experience in working in a fast-paced kitchen with strong communication skills, a keen superb attention to detail, and take pride in their work.
