About the Role

As Chef de Partie, you will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily running of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation. You will take ownership of your section, contribute to menu ideas, and help maintain a clean, efficient, and organised kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook dishes from our seasonal cafe menu to a high standard Manage your designated section efficiently during busy service periods Ensure food hygiene and health & safety standards are consistently upheld Support stock control, deliveries, and correct storage of ingredients Assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and completing daily checks Contribute to menu development and occasional specials Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service Train and support junior kitchen team members when required

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a CDP or strong Commis Chef ready for the next step Genuine passion for fresh, quality food and great customer experience A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Knowledge of kitchen health, safety, and food hygiene standards Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment Flexibility and a willingness to contribute to all areas of the kitchen
