We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at Ballycastle Golf Club. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Line Cook, you will work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of taste and presentation while adhering to food safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications.
Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all dishes are ready for service in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all customers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
Participate in training new kitchen staff as needed.
