Summary

We are seeking a talented chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at Purecraft Bar & Kitchen in Birmingham. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence in food and beverage service.

Responsibilities

Prepare menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared safely and meets hygiene regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow during service. Assist in meal preparation and presentation for various dining occasions. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Participate in menu development and suggest improvements based on customer feedback. Uphold the highest standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a chef or similar role in a restaurant or bar setting. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Passion for food and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
