Noah's fish & chip restaurant and seafood kitchen is looking for dedicated and ambitious people to join their team.

The Role

Award-winning Bristol restaurant Noah's is recruiting a Chef de Partie to be a key player in building a destination seafood restaurant for the UK. You'll be passionate about seafood and fish cookery and want to be part of a progressive team that works together to deliver the best possible hospitality to diners.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the preparation and service of food.

This role is approximately 35-45 hours divided into 7 shifts per week, with a salary of 28,500 plus tips bringing it up to the advertised pay.

The first standalone venture for husband-and-wife team Daniel and Joie Rosser, Noah's has grown from strength to strength since its inception in May 2023.

Dan and Joie were delighted to breathe new life into this iconic Bristol venue by opening Noah's.
