Excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie to progress through this very busy hotel. This can be a fast paced environment serving restaurant lunches and dinners as well as a busy event schedule
As Chef de Partie you will manage a specific section in the kitchen, and be responsible for the following:
Preparing, cooking, and presenting high quality dishes
Working together with the kitchen team, but competent working individually on any given section within the kitchen
Associated preparation tasks for service
Assisting with the management of health and safety
Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
Monitoring portion and waste control
You should be motivated and have a passion for the hospitality industry.
