Award winning French restaurant is looking for a Chef de Partie to join the existing team.
Food is simple yet creative and we prepare everything fresh on site with the exception of bread.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, hardworking and able to demonstrate a real passion in their role. You will be expected to run your section and maintain standards of hygiene and quality of food expected of the team. No breakfast shifts are currently included in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, 4 days a week
Job Duties: Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
Restock items as needed throughout the shift
Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment, particularly in French cuisine.
Strong culinary skills with a focus on meal preparation and food safety practices.
Previous restaurant experience, demonstrating the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of serving techniques and customer service standards.
A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality.
