CHEF DE PARTIE



The Role



The ideal candidate must be capable of cooking fish, meat and shellfish to a high standard, have an excellent understanding of fish preparation and storage.

Ability to produce dishes to a high standard

Passionate and ambitious to learn

To be able to run a section during service

Working days



Currently: Tuesday - Saturday
