Kona Falmouth are seeking a dedicated Chef de partie to join our culinary team at Kona.
Kona is inspired by the place itself, Kailua-Kona, a small town on the west coast of the big island of Hawaii in the Pacific ocean. The islands of Hawaii boast some of the most picturesque beaches, awesome surf breaks and amazing food. The island-style of living around the globe is something that inspired our vision for Kona, Falmouth.
The apres-sea vibe stems from our experiences of enjoying a beer in the sun after a day on the coast. Sustainability and clean oceans mean the world to us, that's why we work with organisations such as SAS - Surfers Against Sewage and ethical companies like Turtle Straws, and have extensive Vegan and Vegetarian options on our menu.
