We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Chef De Partie to join our team. The role will be working 5 days out of 7 a week including evenings and weekends. Experience of working in multiple food outlets is essential, from bar food to rosette standard.

The Role:

Manage a section within the kitchen and ability to prep a menu Good knowledge of HACCP and COSH Good housekeeping Preparation of dishes to the highest quality and standards Comply with all relevant Health & Safety and Food Safety Standards Ensuring the kitchen is maintained to a safe and hygienic level

The Person:

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

Experience of cooking in multiple outlets, from bar food - rosettes, weddings Committed to delivering high levels of customer service Positive attitude Good communication skills Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations Ability to work on your own or in teams Basic food hygiene - A food hygiene certificate would be advantageous
