We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of taste and presentation.
Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service
Participate in menu planning and development as required
Experience
Previous kitchen experience is essential, preferably in a restaurant setting
Culinary experience with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques
Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in serving or customer-facing roles is an advantage
