We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at The Old School House. Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our menu offerings. -Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets customer expectations
- Assist with the planning and execution of daily specials and menu changes
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including proper storage of ingredients
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times

-Skills:
- Solid experience in food preparation, preferably in a restaurant or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Knowledge of culinary trends and techniques
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
