About the Role




Set in a prestigious location in Chelsea, this exciting new opening celebrates seasonal produce and precision-led, modern dining with a "less is more" ethos.


As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section whether in the main kitchen and play a key role in delivering consistency, creativity, and excellence in every dish. Working under the guidance of the Head Chef, this is an opportunity to further refine your skills in a supportive and forward-thinking environment, contributing to both the day-to-day service and ongoing menu development.

Key Responsibilities




Section Leadership

Lead your section during prep and service with precision, maintaining high standards of quality and organisation. Work collaboratively with other sections to ensure smooth service flow. Prepare and execute dishes to the required specifications and timings.

Quality & Consistency

Uphold excellence in flavour, texture, and presentation. Conduct regular tastings and mise en place checks. Follow plating guides and portion control standards.

Training & Development

Assist in mentoring junior chefs and commis on your section. Share knowledge and techniques to help develop the wider kitchen team. Take part in training and tastings, actively contributing to continuous improvement.

Menu Development

Contribute creative ideas and seasonal input for new dishes and specials. Take pride in your section's role in the restaurant's evolving culinary narrative.

Health & Safety Compliance

Follow all food hygiene and safety procedures rigorously. Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workstation. Ensure accurate allergen and batch labelling.

Operational Efficiency

Assist with stock rotation and daily ordering for your section. Reduce food waste through smart preparation and storage. Take responsibility for the maintenance and cleanliness of section equipment.

What We're Looking For

Passion for refined, ingredient-led cooking whether savoury or pastry. Solid technical ability and understanding of professional kitchen operations. Strong communication and organisational skills. A proactive, team-focused mindset with attention to detail. Energy, commitment, and the drive to grow and learn within the team.

Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience in a CDP role or strong experience as a Demi Chef ready to step up. Formal culinary training or relevant kitchen experience in quality-led restaurants. Right to work in the UK.
