We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a Chef , you will play a crucial role in food preparation and meal assembly, ensuring that every dish meets our standards for taste and presentation. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are adhered to at all times. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and seasoning. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Monitor stock levels of ingredients and report any shortages to management. Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. You must be able to work in UK and have the right to work in UK.

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen or hospital setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is highly advantageous. Working at least 2 years in a hotel standard environment. Be able to take orders and follow instructions. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. A genuine interest in cooking and meal preparation is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 17.00-17.21 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Overtime Weekend availability
