to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, the Chef de Partie is responsible for managing a specific section and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your specialty section.
Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
Assist in developing new menu items and specials.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation at all times.
Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards (HACCP).
Oversee and mentor commis chefs and junior staff within your section.
Manage inventory for your section and communicate stock needs to the Sous Chef.
Minimize waste and control portion sizes to manage food costs.
Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie.
In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
Ability to work under pressure in a high-paced kitchen.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: 15.00-17.00 per hour
