As a
Chef de Partie
, you'll take full ownership of your section, support both junior and senior chefs, and play a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality food across all services.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the preparation and service of dishes within your section.
Support and guide junior chefs, including Commis and Demi Chefs.
Maintain high culinary, hygiene, and presentation standards.
Ensure kitchen equipment and workspaces are always clean and safe.
Handle mise-en-place, portion control, and stock rotation effectively.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience as a
Chef de Partie
in a fast-paced, professional kitchen.
Background in luxury, fine dining, or high-end hospitality is an advantage.
Passionate about food quality, seasonal produce, and presentation.
A proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
Keen to learn, mentor, and grow within a structured kitchen environment.
