We're looking for a talented and ambitious

Chef de Partie

to join our passionate, close-knit team at our Maidenhead HQ. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves variety, and wants to be part of something special.

Experience in pastry would be a real advantage

and will be highly valued in this role.

What we're looking for

A genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional food Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (event catering experience is a bonus) A collaborative team player with strong communication and organisational skills High standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness

Key responsibilities

Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver exceptional food across all menus Take ownership of food preparation, production, and service - from tasting menus to large-scale events Support and mentor junior team members, helping to develop their skills Maintain consistency, efficiency, and creativity in every dish Uphold high standards in food quality, stock control, equipment care, and kitchen organisation Step up confidently when needed to support senior kitchen roles
