We're looking for a passionate and motivated

Chef de Partie

to join our existing kitchen team. This role is ideal for a newly qualified or junior chef looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and quality-focused environment.

The Role:

Full-time, permanent (part-time considered) Mix of straight and split shifts Prepare and cook dishes to high standards and recipes Assist with food preparation, presentation, and timely service Help maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen Work closely with a friendly and professional brigade

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role Level 2 Food Hygiene certification Solid knowledge of ingredients and cooking techniques Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen Strong team player with great communication skills Eagerness to learn and develop within the role
