Job Description

- Make sure all sections are prepped for busy service.
- Maintaining general kitchen cleanliness.
- reporting directly to kitchen management
- Maintaining a high level of food and hygiene standards.
- Maintaining high standards service and food quality.
- Maintaining high level of productivity to obtain smooth service
- Keeping records up to date with regards to health and safety, food and hygiene.

a more specific role will be given depending on grade.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment as a Chef de Partie or similar role Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques Valid Food Hygiene Certificate Knowledge of food safety standards and practices Experience in meal preparation and serving in a restaurant setting Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 9.00-13.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift Weekend availability
Experience:

Cooking: 2 years (preferred)
Work Location: In person
