The HR Booth are delighted to be recruiting for a Chef De Partie on behalf of Pitlochry Festival Theatre.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you'll support the Head Chef in producing high-quality, visually appealing dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to menu development, manage your station efficiently, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the kitchen.

Key Tasks

Work with the Head Chef on food preparation and service Assist in the development of creative and seasonal menu items Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head chef Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation Organise and monitor kitchen stock and supplies Keep accurate records to minimise waste and support budget management Ensure food hygiene and health & safety standards are upheld Foster strong communication and teamwork across the kitchen

About You

We're seeking individuals who are:

Experienced in a similar role (minimum 2 years) NVQ Level 3 in a relevant subject or equivalent Level 3 Food Safety certification Awareness of manual handling and food hygiene practices Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
