We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Chef de partie to join our vibrant kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and a strong commitment to food safety and quality. As a Senior Chef de partie, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation and food preparation, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards of excellence. This position requires a collaborative spirit, as you will work closely with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Accommodation available if needed and suitable for two people with own bathroom.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and seasoning. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety protocols. Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a culinary role or restaurant environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in meal preparation. A passion for cooking and creativity in food presentation. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
