Prepare and serve high-quality meals across all day parts Support preparation fornight service
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards meet Eurest and legal requirements Work closely with the site kitchen team (13 Compass staff, 1 direct report)The Perfect Cut (Ideal Candidate):
Proven experience as a
Chef de Partie
or equivalent in a high-volume or contract catering settingChef qualifications
(NVQ or similar) A keen eye for detail and presentation Able to thrive under pressure and deliver consistently high standardsRecruitment Process:
