The ideal candidate will play a vital role in assisting the Head Chef with our newly renovated restaurant, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation. Duties
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times.
Oversee food production processes to maintain quality and consistency.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a CDP or in a similar culinary role.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
Good communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
