Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our meals are prepared to the highest standards, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Duties



Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service. Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management as needed. Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Help train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and kitchen procedures.

Experience



Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is necessary. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. A passion for culinary arts and a desire to learn and grow within the kitchen team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour
