We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Chef de Partie

to join one of our busy kitchens.


This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. As Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of a section in the kitchen and play a key role in delivering bold, seasonal menus that reflect creativity and a passion for excellent food.


You'll work under the guidance of our senior chefs, developing your skills while ensuring consistently high standards of food preparation and service.


Chef de Partie Responsibilities:



Work with seasonal and local produce to produce food of a high standard under the direction of the Head Chef and Sous Chef Prepare seafood, meat, and other fresh ingredients with confidence and consistency Take responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen while assisting other sections and team members when required Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and food hygiene at all times Support the development and delivery of new seasonal dishes Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory management Train and support junior kitchen staff Collaborate with front-of-house and management teams to ensure smooth kitchen operations


Chef de Partie Skills & Requirements:



Minimum 1 year of relevant Chef de Partie experience, plus 3 additional years of kitchen experience Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Strong understanding of the menu and dishes with an ability to consistently produce high-quality food A positive and approachable manner with strong communication and professionalism Ability to take ownership of day-to-day kitchen responsibilities A flexible, hard-working attitude and willingness to support the wider team Resilience under pressure in a busy kitchen environment Eligible to work in the UK or Channel Islands, or willing to apply for the appropriate visa
