We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. As Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our offering delivers high-quality meals to our customers in a timely manner. You will work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to maintain an efficient and organised kitchen environment.

Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and seasoning. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace, including utensils and equipment. Monitor stock levels of ingredients and communicate needs to the kitchen manager. Collaborate with fellow cooks and kitchen staff to ensure smooth meal service. Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role within a restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety practices, and meal preparation. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. A passion for cooking and creating high-quality dishes. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.50-14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 42 per week
