We're on the lookout for talented

Chef De Parties

to join the opening of our first London pub in

Shepherd's Bush

. As part of a renowned pub group with 5 successful locations across

The

Cotswolds

.

We are expanding and need someone who shares our commitment to exceptional service, top-quality food, and a great atmosphere.

We focus on a straightforward, well sourced, wine, beer & spirit selection, Good, classic, nose to tail, British pub style food, plenty of game & offal and very little 'mucking around'.. Not a micro herb in sight and

definitely no tweezers.



We have built an excellent reputation in The Cotswolds, with a passion for

freshly prepared

, often locally sourced food. We change dishes on the menu each month with weekly specials every weekend.

Duties



Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are followed at all times. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and seasoning. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service. Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management as needed. Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Requirements



Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. A passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn new cooking techniques. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 48 per week
