What You'll Be Doing:

Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard, maintaining consistency and quality. Assist with the smooth running of your section during busy service periods. Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with food preparation and service. Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures are followed. Help to develop and contribute to new dishes and seasonal menus. Maintain stock levels and minimise waste through effective planning. Inspect deliveries for quality and freshness, ensuring proper storage. Take responsibility for maintaining a clean and organised workstation. Contribute to team meetings and training sessions to enhance performance.

What We're Looking For:

Experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a fast-paced kitchen. A passion for fresh, locally sourced food and creative cooking. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Willingness to learn and grow within the team.
