Job Description

CDP Skill level chef required to assist and support the Head Chef to deliver excellent standards of food service and our various menus.

Basic food hygiene certificate trained a minimum required level with intermediate level and above preferred but not essential for the likely candidate.

Duties will include all aspects of cooking , food preparation and handling.

The person in this role will need to have a flexible attitude to working day times and evenings as scheduled on weekly rotas. The ability to work unsupervised covering the running of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef is necessary.

Experience in working in a pub - kitchen environment essential covering a range of menus from breakfast and core menu trading times including Sunday lunch.

Understanding of COSHH and HACCP required to maintain a safe and working kitchen environment at all times also a key expectation of the Job Role.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 12.50-14.50 per hour
