TRONC

Your role:

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for food preparation. Primary duties include preparing food before meal service begins, setting up and stocking kitchen stations and plating cooked foods.

Responsibilities will include:

? Run a designated section of the kitchen (e.g. grill, desserts, sauces)

? Cook steaks to precise temperatures and specifications

? Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation

? Assist with prep, service, and cleaning duties, including opening and closing

? Ensure food safety, hygiene, and allergen protocols are followed

? Support junior staff and work collaboratively with the brigade and support in other areas of the kitchen as and when required

? Contribute to stock control and reduce waste

Skills and experience required:

Previous experience within a similar role desired Friendly, approachable and professional attitude
