This role calls for a chef who can blend maintaining excellent standards, while working efficiently in a fast-paced, trend-setting, client-focused environment.

What you'll do:

Ensure compliance with all legal and company health, safety, and hygiene requirements. Report any safety or hygiene issues to your manager and take care of your own health and safety. Use work equipment and personal protective gear correctly as per training. Provide excellent customer service, respond to feedback, and maintain cleanliness and orderliness. Assist in delivering high-quality, sustainable food offers while adhering to all regulations and compliance standards

What you'll bring:

Full SC Security clearance is a must for the site - security vetting will be required to be completed and passed Good interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to spot new and innovative ways to produce food solutions for our customers Follow menus and operational standards Clean and you go Able to support the sous chef with all aspects of kitchen work Full understanding of food safety, food allergens and compliance with HSE A 2nd level qualification (HACCP/Culinary Arts/Professional Cookery) or 706 1 / 2 or equivalent as a minimum CIEH level 2 or equivalent
