The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic

Chef de Partie

to join our professional kitchen team. This is a full-time position suited to someone passionate about food, with a keen eye for detail and a drive to consistently deliver high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard, in line with menu specifications Take responsibility for a section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient service Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to support daily operations Ensure food hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times Assist with stock control, ordering and waste management Support menu development and the creation of daily specials Provide guidance and training to junior kitchen staff Ensure compliance with all health and safety and food hygiene regulations

About You

Experience in a Chef de Partie role or similar within a professional kitchen Solid understanding of kitchen practices, food safety and preparation techniques Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Flexible, dependable and committed to high standards Willing to work weekends on a rota basis Food Hygiene Level 2 certification (minimum)
