Mytton Fold Hotel is a beautifully restored country hotel in the heart of the Ribble Valley, offering an exceptional dining experience that blends classic British cuisine with modern flair. The Role:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen brigade. You will be responsible for running your own section, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your designated section Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop menus and daily specials Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards at all times Train and supervise junior staff where required Ensure consistent quality and portion control Contribute to the smooth running of kitchen operations
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen A passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery (or equivalent) preferred Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
