We are excited to be recruiting for a Chef De Partie based at Wisley.
Location: Wisley Gardens
Salary: 28,000-32,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 5 over 7, 40 hours per week
Key responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of a specific section in the kitchen, ensuring efficient service and high standards Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the restaurant's menu specifications, maintaining consistency and quality at all times Ensure all kitchen equipment, work areas, and utensils are kept clean and organized, adhering to health and safety regulations Guide and support junior kitchen staff and commis chefs, helping them develop their skills and ensuring they follow proper procedures Assist in ordering and managing stock for the section, ensuring ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and that wastage is minimised
