Here at Impossible, we are excited to announce that we are looking for a Part time Chef de Partie, to join our ever growing team.

This role presents the perfect opportunity to be at the helm of a busy restaurant, bar and events space, where no day is the same! Since it's opening in 2019, Impossible has been key feature in the landscape of York, something that was only strengthened with the opening of PINK bar just next door. We aim to not only provide quality food and drinks but to also ensure guests receive an experience as soon as they walk through the door.

Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen

Skills:
- Proven experience as a line cook in a restaurant setting
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
