Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Fast Food Attendant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for food production, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare and cook food items according to standard recipes and safety guidelines. Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, organised, and compliant with health regulations. Supervise kitchen staff and assist in training new team members. Manage inventory levels and assist with stock control. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen. Handle cash transactions and operate the till as required. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Experience

Previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous. Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management is desirable. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
