Duties:
- Plan and execute menus in collaboration with the management team
- Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing dishes
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and proper use of equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new recipes and menu items
- Manage kitchen operations during peak hours to ensure smooth service
- Maintain a positive work environment and foster teamwork among kitchen staff
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role in a restaurant or culinary establishment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Culinary degree or certification is preferred, but not required
