We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious dishes, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Duties

Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to the menu and customer preferences. Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations. Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Manage food inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, following all food safety protocols. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.

Skills

Proficient in various cooking techniques and methods, with a strong understanding of culinary principles. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations to ensure compliance in all aspects of food preparation. Exceptional hospitality skills, with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences for guests. Ability to adapt recipes and menus based on dietary restrictions or preferences while maintaining quality. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with both kitchen staff and front-of-house teams.
