Summary
We are seeking a talented Chef to join our dynamic team at Wild Oak Group Ltd. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation while leading a team dedicated to culinary excellence.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage food preparation activities.
Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations.
Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop new menu items and contribute to menu planning based on seasonal ingredients.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary arts.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding service.
