Duties
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the menu and customer preferences.
Oversee kitchen operations, including food production, inventory management, and staff training.
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and improve existing menu items.
Assist in managing kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work atmosphere.
Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring that all dishes meet the establishment's standards.
Handle food inventory and supplies efficiently, minimising waste while maximising quality.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen hygiene.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
