We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our small kitchen team to support us during the busy Festive period ahead. This is a temporary job, we are recruiting somone to be with us from immediate start, till the end of the year, with potencial future collaborations on busy seasons.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and production, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a Chef, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests while leading and supervising kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
Ensure a high standard service even under pressure
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times.
Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills.
Ability to work harmoniously alongside colleagues.
A passion for culinary arts and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
