Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality pizzas using sourdough and stone-baked methods
Make fresh pasta from scratch and prepare classic Italian pasta sauces
Ensure all dishes are cooked to order and meet presentation standards
Oversee ingredient preparation, rotation, and storage for maximum freshness
Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to manage service flow
Assist in menu development, seasonal specials, and new recipe creation
Maintain a clean, organised, and food-safe kitchen environment
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role, specialising in Italian cuisine
Skilled in both pizza dough preparation and pasta making
Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
Good teamwork and communication skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
