Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide variety of Italian dishes, including fresh pasta and authentic pizzas.
Assist with daily kitchen operations, including prep work, cooking, and cleaning.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness at all times.
Collaborate with the Head Chef and team to maintain smooth kitchen service.
Manage kitchen stock and reduce waste effectively.
Occasionally support in creating specials and seasonal dishes.
Adapt to both busy service periods and quieter shifts.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Italian cuisine & pizza making.
Ability to work in all sections of the kitchen confidently.
Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist wherever needed.
Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and health & safety regulations.
Positive attitude, passion for food, and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
