We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting in food production and kitchen management. You will be responsible for supervising kitchen , ensuring the highest standards of culinary excellence, and maintaining a harmonious working environment. Responsibilities

Assist & Lead in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation. Supervise and lead kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration. Ensure food production meets quality standards and adheres to health and safety regulations. Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimising waste. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen at all times. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Help create innovative dishes that reflect current culinary trends.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate effectively. In-depth knowledge of food production techniques and culinary practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for cooking and an eagerness to learn new skills within the culinary field. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: 12.70-13.80 per hour
