We're seeking an experienced chef to lead and manage our kitchen team. This is an ideal opportunity for a sous chef ready to elevate their career. But if your not at this level and are looking for a new opportunity we have a position for you too !
At @Tophskis, we pride ourselves on our fantastic team and are eager to expand and strengthen it with the right candidates. Enjoy a great work-life balance with our operating hours: we close at 7 PM Monday to Thursday and at 8 PM on weekends. While weekends are part of the schedule, you will have two designated days off each week.
The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess high standards, and have a genuine passion for food.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes that meet our quality standards.
- Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene practices in the kitchen.
- Oversee food production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with front-of-house team members to provide outstanding service and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking in a professional kitchen.
- Strong culinary skills, emphasizing food safety and hospitality.
- Relevant experience in restaurant settings with a focus on customer service.
- Certification in food safety and handling is preferred.
