Manager all aspects of the galley, including food preparation for the Brasserie restaurant and the crew mess room.
Manage 2 Cook and Assistant Cook and stewards working in the Brasserie.
Check all food stores delivered for quality freshness and ensure all stores are put away correctly.
Work with the galley crew team to ensure a clean and tidy working environment.
Ensure health and hygiene standards within the galley/stores.
Undertake any duties deemed fit by the Cabin Manager.
Ensure that personal health and safety is adhered.
Deliver all training and coaching for the stewards and liaise with OBS Manager
Waste management.
Previous experience in food preparation
Relevant Food Hygiene certification.
