Role Overview



We're hiring a

strategic growth leader

to own our marketing system end-to-end.

This role goes far beyond paid ads management -- it's about

building a scalable growth machine

across paid traffic, organic, partnerships, funnels, and brand positioning.

You'll step in as the

architect and leader

:

(Media Buyer) executes campaigns (Social Manager) drives content

You will orchestrate the strategy, optimize the funnel, and ensure every pound spent turns into predictable, profitable growth.


Key Responsibilities



Lead marketing strategy across all JG divisions (JG Physique, Consultancy, Events, Partnerships). Oversee paid ads execution (via Media Buyer), ensuring CPA and ROI targets are met. Optimise funnels (landing pages, applications, pre-call videos, email/SMS) for conversion. Expand beyond Meta: LinkedIn, YouTube, SEO, retargeting, and omnichannel dominance. Install attribution and reporting dashboards (lead ? call ? sale). Align organic/social output with paid campaign strategy. Build and manage creative pipeline (ad angles, testimonials, case studies). Report directly to CEO on growth performance, revenue contribution, and scaling roadmap.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)



CAC and CPL benchmarked and reduced by

20%+

. Funnel conversion rates optimised (apps-to-calls, calls-to-shows). Multi-channel presence established (LinkedIn, retargeting, email flows live). Predictable weekly reporting dashboard built. Clear growth roadmap delivered to CEO: scaling

10k/month spend ? 30-50k/month profitably

.

What We're Looking For



3-5+ years marketing leadership experience (

coaching/consulting/digital business background strongly preferred

). Proven track record scaling paid traffic and funnels to

30k+/month profitably

. Strong funnel, CRO, and data analytics skill set. Ability to lead a small team (media buyer, social, creatives) as one system. Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and excited about building a scale-up into a dominant global brand.
