Here's what your world will look like:

Lead our entire marketing strategy and team

from positioning to content to funnels to campaign reviews

Craft compelling brand messaging

that sets us apart from the everyday agency

Manage and execute campaigns

across digital channels (organic, paid, social, email, etc.)

Own audience growth

by building communities, driving traffic and creating demand

Work directly with your C-suite members

to align messaging and generate qualified leads

Help design systems for scale

through automation, content calendars, performance tracking and more, your input will be invaluable

Select, manage and hire collaborators

be they designers, copywriters, performance marketers or another expert we need

Continuously iterate

based on market data, feedback, and business priorities

Contribute to business development, improvement & strategic thinking

by taking part in our leadership meetings, contributing new and exciting ideas, and working with the board and leadership teams to propel Immixtus to new heights

What You'll Bring



5+ years in marketing strategy and execution (bonus points if you've scaled early-stage brands) Experience across key digital marketing channels (content marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, etc.) A killer combination of creative thinking and commercial awareness Strong storytelling ability - you can make complexity compelling Self-starter mentality with a founder's mindset Comfortable working independently and directing (and growing) a team over time
